Build, Support and Optimize Critical IT Infrastructure

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Systems Engineer to join a growing technology team in Ceres.

We're looking for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys working across servers, cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and security. You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of business-critical systems.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar technical role
• Strong Windows Server administration experience
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Group Policy
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V administration experience
• Understanding of SAN/NAS storage environments
• Strong networking knowledge including firewalls, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and switching
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies

Preferred Certifications

• Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Administrator
• VMware VCP
• MCSA / MCSE or equivalent
• Veeam or backup-related certifications

• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments
• Manage Microsoft server and cloud platforms

• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
• Maintain accurate technical documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
