This role offers the opportunity to work across server infrastructure, virtualization, cloud technologies, networking, and security while supporting business-critical systems and projects.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Senior Technical Support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012 R2 through 2022)
• Advanced experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Group Policy
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Strong virtualization experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V
• Knowledge of SAN and NAS storage solutions
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including VLANs, routing, VPNs, switching, and firewalls
• Experience implementing and supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions

Advantageous Certifications

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Administrator
• MCSA / MCSE or equivalent Microsoft certifications
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Veeam Certified Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Administer and maintain server, cloud, virtualization, and network infrastructure
• Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and availability
• Implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvements
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure systems adhere to security best practices and compliance standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
